The sand filter uses specific thickness of sand to remove
organic and inorganic suspended solids in the water.
The product structure is simple and the technology is widely
used in many applications.
The sand filter system can be composed of one or more
standard high-speed filter units which have a variety of
standard series from 24 "(600mm) to 48" (1200mm) tank size.
The suspended material is filtered through the internal water
distributor, filter layer and water collector so as to reduce the
turbidity degree of the water.
The Filter can be used as an independent filtering system or
by-pass filtering system.
If multiple processing units are installed on a common
pipeline, this can infinitely expand the filtering capacity of the
system.

Efficient water saving in auto-flushing with minimum pressure 2.8 bar and flow rate 5 l/s minmum.
Filtration stage:
Under the controller command, dirty water flow into the filters in the
filtration stage via the back-flushing control valves. The Vortex and the disc keeps the particles in the discs grooves and clean water flow
into outlet pipe.
Backwashing stage:
Under the controller command one of starts back-flushing at a time.
The back-flushing control valves change the water flow direction and the filtered water is reversed through the filtering element which
decompresses the discs stack for the backwash process.
The debris and solids are expelled from the discs and discharged through the drain.
